In partnering with D1 Training we have created the optimal developmental program for lacrosse players dedicated to taking their game to the next level. D1's staff of professonal trainers has decades of experience working with idividuals ranging from professional athletes to college players and beyond.

From the outside, the D1 building looks like a factory. But once inside, you will instantly see how this state of the art facility has everything you will need to take your game to the next level. From the field turf skills area to the world class weight racks, the D1 Training Center was built for this program.

KITTEN (KIT) DUPREEZ
D1 OWNER / GENERAL MANAGER / COACH
Coach Kit is the Head Strength and Condition coach for the Colorado Switchbacks FC, and has been in the fitness and health industry since 2008. She was a college fast-pitch softball player at UCCS, and finished her career off with numerous program records. She is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, Performance Enhancement Specialist and a Nutrition Specialist; as well as holding her AFAA-Group Instructor certificate and a BA in Sociology. Her areas of expertise include, Speed & Agility as well as Strength and Conditioning across all sports. She specialize in Weight Loss Training & Nutrition as well Kickboxing and Boxing. She has been working with lacrosse athletes for many years and is one of the best lacrosse-focused strength & conditioning coaches in Colorado.
BOLTS DIRECTOR / FORMER NCAA COACH & PROFESSIONAL PLAYER
A former MLL player and Air Force Academy/Amherst College/Colorado College Coach, Muldoon has decades of experience coaching youth and high school lacrosse players. A former member of the Denver Outlaws and a 2x Division I All-American and Academic All-American at Brown University, Muldoon's passion for mentoring young men and women goes far beyond coaching. Over the past 8 years he has dedicated his free time to helping underprivileged Native American lacrosse players pursue college degrees. He has run club programs in multiple states and has coached youth, high school, and collegiate players while teaching them about the indigenous cultural roots of the game.
